Vision of Agile HR

In the book ‘Agile HR’ Boskma, Buizer, van de Hoef, Peters and Zelen discuss the (un)missable rol of HR in agile organizations.

The central question in the book is:

How do you design an organization and the associated HR-function in such a way that you deliver the most value to your clients?

To answer this question, the book is divided into four parts. Firstly, HR is discussed as the driver of the change. Then HR will be discussed as an agile department. Followed by HR in an organization with agile teams. Finally, the book contains a toolkit for Agile HR. The parts just mentioned are summarized in the infographic below:
